Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the exact same condition that you received them, unopened and in their original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation number.

You will need to pay for the shipping costs of returning an order to us, unless you have been sent an incorrect order, in which case we will provide a shipping label for the return.

Returned items should be sent in the same box and protective packaging which they were originally delivered in, by recorded delivery and with suitable insurance to ensure that the items are received by us safely.

We take no responsibility for items which are returned without recorded delivery or in the original packaging materials.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Small dents to items are not considered damaged as they have no affect on the consumption of the items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Items, including chocolate, may be susceptible to heat or melting during transit. This is out of our control due to the nature of the courier/postal services used and the weather. No refunds will be given for any items which are affected by heat, unless there is clear and obvious negligence on behalf of the courier, who we would be able to claim against for any damage.

Orders which are left outside, with a neighbour, a safe place etc, are done so at your own risk and at the courier’s discretion. We accept no liability for any lost or damaged orders due to these reasons and you must take this matter up with the courier/postal service directly.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
